The University of Pavia and the Sustainable Development Goals on September 18th at the Department of Economics and Management.
Adopted by all the United Nation Member Stated in 2015, the 17 SDGs provides a shared blueprint for achieving a better and more sustainable future for all. The objective of this conference is to gather multidisciplinary experts of the University of Pavia to exchange scientific evidence around the challenges involved with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in developing countries where there is a growing urgency to strengthen sustainable development. The conference wants to provide intellectual guidance and scientific evidences to the challenges of SDGs in the areas of poverty, food security, health and well-being, education, gender, water and sanitation, energy, work and economic growth, industry, innovation and infrastructures, inequalities, cities and communities, responsible consumption and production, climate, life below water, land use, peace, justice and institutions, and partnership.
