16 NOVEMBRE – GLOBAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP WORKSHOP SERIES – SMART TOOLS FOR STARTUPS: DOING BUSINESS WITH GERMAN (UNIVERSITY OF COLONIA)

The webinar organized by the University of Cologne will take place on November 16th from 4:30 pm until 6 pm (CET).  The activity is organized under the framework of an Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership, ‘ACCessible ENTrepreneurship’ (ACCENT) about ‘Entrepreneurial Internationalization and Female Empowerment Strategies’, recently financed by the German Erasmus National Agency.  The University Pavia team is composed by Diala Kabbara, Birgit Hagen, and Stefano Denicolai, working together with colleagues from the University of Cologne, Germany (project leader) and the University of Granada, Spain.

This practice-oriented and interactive webinar is designed for young entrepreneurs to enhance their competencies about German business culture, which is as varied as the economy of this country. Learn more from the distinguished guest Dr. Gabi Kratochwil, expert in Cultural Diversity Management, who will talk about why, in many respects, Germans are the masters of planning and why being punctual is not only a matter of highly valued work ethics but involves the handling of private life. Know more about the German cultural standards and their impact when working together.
